Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Raw to Paw takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Payment
Raw to Paw accepts all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processing partner Worldpay.
Refunds
On frozen raw pet food will be at our discretion. We will happily exchange items over a period of 2 weeks if your dog/cat doesn't like the food. Unopened packs will be taken back and exchanged for another flavour but we will not refund on any of our raw pet food.
Opening Hours
